SFSC courses are designed to support you to raise happy and successful children by getting access to information and strategies for bringing up your children and managing your relationships, meeting other parents, and making sure your voice is heard.
SFSC parenting courses are for all parents and carers; whether you have a newborn baby, a school age child or a teenager.
Our parental conflict courses are for all co parents: parents who live together, parents who live apart and for people who also have a parenting role, like grandparents or step-parents.
You can complete a six week course online or a longer in person course by joining a group in person.
SFSC parenting courses have been shown to improve the confidence of parents and the relationships parents have with their children and with other family members
Lots of studies show that SFSC can help with things like:
- parental mental health and wellbeing
- child wellbeing
- parental sleep
Our parental conflict courses can help you:
- understand how arguments start
- focus on the needs of your children
- reduce frequency and intensity of arguments
